In his opening remarks, Nguyễn Lộc Hà, Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee, emphasized that over the past three decades, the friendship between HCMC and Busan has yielded substantial results across trade, investment, education, healthcare, logistics, high technology, and marine tourism. The two localities not only share economic interests but are also jointly embracing emerging development trends: digital economy, green economy, and sustainable connectivity.
HCMC is inviting Busan enterprises to invest in five priority sectors: high-tech and semiconductors; logistics and seaports; finance and international trade services; high-quality education, healthcare, and tourism; as well as smart urban development and the green economy.
Arobid participated in the forum, bridging technology and digital trade between Vietnam and South Korea.
As part of the visit, Arobid was among 13 Vietnamese enterprises accompanying the HCMC People’s Committee delegation to attend the 30th anniversary celebration of HCMC–Busan friendship (1995–2025). This important activity aims to promote investment, trade, and innovation between Vietnam and South Korea, particularly in technology and digital transformation.
An MOU was signed at the HCMC–Busan Business Forum, marking a new step forward in bilateral cooperation.
As Vietnam’s pioneering B2B e-commerce platform integrating virtual exhibitions, Arobid introduced at the forum a modern business connectivity model, enabling small and medium-sized enterprises to expand their markets through digital tools, online booths, and smart networking systems.
Mr. Trần Văn Chín, Chairman of Arobid.com, stated that the company’s participation was not only to showcase its technology platform but also to create opportunities to meet Korean partners and explore cooperation models in e-commerce, logistics, industrial exhibitions, and unlimited-space B2B promotion solutions.
Throughout the working sessions, Arobid engaged in multiple business networking activities, exploring the potential for bilateral cooperation, particularly in bringing Korean products to the Vietnamese market via digital booths, specialized online exhibitions, and electronic export promotion services.
Through a series of sideline activities and the 30th anniversary celebration of HCMC–Busan friendship, Arobid had the chance to connect with Korean business associations, opening opportunities to develop long-term strategic partnerships in digital commerce and digital transformation for SMEs from both countries.
The forum also witnessed numerous memoranda of understanding between enterprises from both sides, spanning sectors from high technology and healthcare to smart urban development. Sideline activities further provided innovative companies like Arobid with opportunities to access markets, build partnerships, and seek solutions for scaling up international operations.
Vice Chairman of the HCMC People’s Committee, Nguyễn Lộc Hà, affirmed that the city will continue to improve its investment and business environment, support enterprise innovation, and create favorable conditions for advanced technology models like Arobid to contribute to digital economic growth and enhance the competitiveness of Vietnamese businesses in the global market.
