On September 30, 2025, the People’s Committee of An Lac Ward (Binh Tan District, Ho Chi Minh City) launched the B2B e-commerce platform “An Lac Business Hub,” marking an important step forward in the digital economy development strategy and supporting businesses in integrating into the global market. The event, co-organized by the Ward People’s Committee and Arobid Technology JSC, brought together representatives of business associations, financial and credit institutions, logistics organizations, and many prominent enterprises, reflecting the community’s great interest and expectations for Vietnam’s first local B2B platform.
With the message “Connect – Cooperate – Sustainable Development,” An Lac Business Hub is designed as a comprehensive trade bridge where local enterprises can directly access an ecosystem of partners, including importers, distributors, buyers, and investment funds both domestically and internationally. As a result, businesses are not only able to proactively pursue digital transformation but also gain opportunities to enhance competitiveness, expand cooperation, and promote exports through a single platform.
At the launch ceremony, guests directly experienced the B2B solution Arobid.com, which integrates advanced technologies such as 3D/VR virtual exhibitions, Big Data, and AI. This serves as clear evidence of the direction to apply modern technology in supporting trade, creating a distinct difference compared to traditional platforms.

Sharing at the event, Mr. Tran Van Chin, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Arobid Technology JSC, emphasized that the launch of An Lac Ward’s specialized B2B e-commerce platform is not only of technological significance but also a strategic step toward creating a comprehensive digital ecosystem for the business community. At the same time, the event is also associated with the concretization of major Party resolutions, among which Resolution 57 on digital transformation and innovation, and Resolution 68 on private sector development, are considered two important pillars toward the development goals to 2045.
On behalf of the local government, Mr. Le Truong Hai Hieu – Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People’s Council of An Lac Ward – expressed his agreement and highly appreciated this initiative. According to him, digital transformation has become a core driver of economic development, and the B2B platform not only helps An Lac businesses expand their markets and connect globally but also enhances competitiveness, contributing to realizing the local digital economy development goals.
In addition, Mr. Hieu added that during the 2025–2030 term, the Ward Party Committee aims to make An Lac a “gateway” for trade and a hub for goods and service transshipment in the western part of Ho Chi Minh City, while also creating a positive ripple effect for the city’s overall development.
Not stopping at the launch ceremony, the event also opened a dialogue space between the government and businesses on policies to support digital economic development. These candid exchanges are considered an important foundation for building a transparent, efficient, and sustainable trade ecosystem for the local business community.
