On April 22, 2025, in Ho Chi Minh City, Arobid Technology Joint Stock Company officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Bao Viet Insurance Corporation, aiming to expand financial–commercial insurance solutions and enhance competitiveness for businesses within the Arobid B2B e-commerce ecosystem.

Strengthening Insurance Solutions for Digital Enterprises

According to the signed agreement, Bao Viet Insurance will design and offer customized insurance packages tailored to specific sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, and export. The partnership will also introduce financial-commercial insurance products including export credit insurance, cargo insurance, business interruption insurance, and more - with the goal of safeguarding business finances, mitigating risks, and enhancing trade safety both domestically and internationally.

On Arobid’s part, the company will provide the digital commerce infrastructure through its three core platforms: B2B Marketplace, TradeXpo, and Goods For Good, supporting trade promotion, market expansion, and product showcasing. Additionally, Arobid will collaborate with Bao Viet on industry data sharing, market analysis, and implementation of appropriate insurance services.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Tran Van Chin - Chairman of the Board of Directors at Arobid Technology JSC – emphasized:

“In particular, with this agreement alongside Bao Viet Insurance Corporation, both parties will deliver tailored financial-commercial insurance packages for enterprises on the Arobid platform, helping them minimize risks, increase competitiveness, and expand their markets.”

Mr. Ngo Trung Si – Deputy Director of Bao Viet Saigon – also shared: “In a global economy increasingly shaped by uncertainty, insurance plays a vital role in protecting and reinforcing a business’s foundation for growth. Partnering with Arobid not only opens access to new technologies but also enables us to bring insurance services closer to the SME community – the key driver of integration and progress.”

Arobid Expands Ecosystem, Advancing Toward a “One-Stop” Business Platform

On the same day, as part of its ecosystem expansion, Arobid also signed strategic cooperation agreements with the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism, the Vietnam Golf Tourism Association (VTGA), and Viettel HCMC – a branch of the Military Industry and Telecoms Group. These agreements focus on key objectives such as digital transformation in tourism, golf tourism trade promotion, and upgrading technological and data infrastructure for the B2B digital platform ecosystem.

Through significant partnerships across diverse sectors including tourism, golf tourism, telecommunications, and insurance, Arobid is steadily advancing its vision of a comprehensive B2B digital platform ecosystem.
